After reading Maples post, I looked at NDC. I can see what my percentage is but not see how much the base is, its blank. How can you see what your base pay is? And how can you see what you have paid so far. THANKS!!!

Cause if thats the case, i did the math and I would reach my base in 11 months.
Avtually sooner cause they take tax refund if I get some.
But let me say there is no way that would happen because I am just not that lucky and I am doing lien strip! ;-(
Would that be sweet or what!?!Discharge date: October 2017 (will it ever get here?)

Hi DMC,
Have you ever tried getting into 13Network (used by your trustee)..that probably would give you all the info you're looking for. It's free and it's loaded with lots of good info. NDC always updates
nightly after 13Network so i believe NDC pulls data from 13 Network. Go and take a look....Filed Chapter 13 - 07/20/12

First of all, pull up the site to see if your trustee is on the list of users. Then if he/she is, call their office and just speak to the person who answers the phone. All tehy will do is tell you how to
acess the infromation..they don't give you a password or anythhing. Aasking how to get on the site isn't going to set up red flags, or questions...our trustee sent the info to us.makes it easier for all of us.Filed Chapter 13 - 07/20/12

To access 13Network my attorney supplied me with a request form that was faxed over then returned completed by the trustee. I am surprised NDC does not reflect the payback base amount.
On the subject of what the base represents keep in mind that when you surrender taxes or any other monies your base should move up that amount and your payback percentage may change as the trustee reviews your plan from time to time. My payback started at 3%, and was changed three times in the last year of my payment period. The original payback is likely based on all the debt you listed upon filing your case in the beginning but in the end is based on those lenders who filed claims.
11/23/'10-filed ch 13. 1/6/'11-341, confirmed. Below median. Plan completed 11/30/2015. DISSCHARGED 4/4/2016.JP
