Must your trustee be informed if you leave your job
If you are in a 13 (100% payback) with your spouse and you decide to leave your job, does your attorney/trustee need to know, if you can still continue to make your payemnt???
Just a question of curiosity???
I don't know if your trustee needs to be informed. I doubt it is necessary as long as you can continue to make plan payments. But you should ask your attorney to be sure. Also, it is possible the decrease in income would result in a lower plan payment that would make it worth while to modify your plan. I would definitely want to talk to my attorney about that possibility.
