Filed today and question about foreclosure

I filed for chapter 13 today, my home is up for auction next week but that has been stopped. My question is that my house is listed all over the internet as a foreclosure sale and friends and neighbors are noticing. Will I be able to get these removed or will I have to wait till it works thru the system.

Prosper unfortunately this is public information. it will remain until your lender actually closes your foreclosure case. In my experience, they wait until your Chapter 13 case is confirmed before they'll consider filing a voluntary dismissal. Your foreclosure case will sit in limbo until at least the time your case is confirmed.

Our house is also listed as pre-foreclosure on Zillow and other places. We are currently in the last part of the loan modification process. Until it is permanent, I expect it to still say that until their attorneys pull the default suit.
