Here is an update on what : "X ACTIVE - PENDING MTG AUDIT" means here in Nashville Tennessee. I received a letter from the Trustee informing us about a meeting on the 26th of April 2017. This allows my secured debtor (House with Wells Fargo) to verify that ALL ARREARS and PAYMENTS have been received by the Trustee's Office. Also, I have one more payment left and already got a call from the Nashville Veterans Administration Regional Office to "STOP ALLOTMENT" to CH13 Trustee! Yeah buddy! I make my first mortgage payment on 1 May 2017! I'm FREE!Comment
