Of course my attorney knows. I'm not trying to be fraudulent. But I wanted to get it filed as quickly as possible.

BrokeCND, I didn't mean to imply that you were trying to commit fraud. It isn't uncommon that people don't tell their attorneys things because they don't think it is important. Because the vacation is making your first payment difficult, delaying the filing might have been a good solution. I was just guessing at why that might not have happened.
