trying to figure out how many copies of discovery i need..1 filed to the court, 1 to the debtor, 1 for me..do i need more, im the creditor, do i need more for the day of trial?
thanks
I have never made it to trial in my adversary proceedings (APs). I have always settled with the creditor prior to it getting that far. In any event, always bring extra copies as if you did not provide them to the Court, opposing counsel (debtor), yourself (!), and maybe a spare in case the debtor brings an attorney.
Again, good luck. Procedure is everything. I hope to learn more about your adventures in APs!
Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10) Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
