    Threat to Object to Discharge

So the attorney who threatened to file a motion to object has just entered a "Notice of Appearance" in PACER. Should I be worried? Will he actually file the motion?

Hold on and just stop for a minute. Now is not the time for anyone to object to your discharge.

The objection to discharge comes 14 days before discharge, not at a 341 meeting of the creditors. The attorney should upload his ap on the ecf, which you will be able to view on pacer. Looks like he's going to show up at your 341 meeting and object to your particular debt or some part of it in the bk.

He will not be showing up to stop your discharge.

I had the 341 and all went well. He threatened to object to a particular debt. Ugghh.... I know I can win if a fight it, but it may not be worth fighting.
