Adversary Prodeeding or Civi Judgement
I live in Oregon, but my question is this. If a AP gets an judgement, can they serve garnishment on a Federal Retirement?'
I had heard that they can not gsrnish directly from the Federal Government (OPM) but could get it from the bank it is deposited into. If so, should I get anioher bank to put these depositits into.= and a living trust protect it>
Also, would a living trust protect this garnish on this retirement payment and another part time jogb
