How Do I File A Motion to Dismiss A/P

The Plaintiff filed a complaint and initiated an adversary proceeding on Jan 5th. A status conference was held on 2/23/10 and a hearing date has been set for 60 days. The court did grant our discharge on 2/12/10 only holding back this complaint. The allegations in the original complaint I believe have all but been handled considering we did receive our discharge. How do I go about filing a motion with the court to have the evidence and case reviewed prior to this hearing? I am sure the Judge would dismiss this case based on all the facts. Does anyone know the steps I need to take to request the court dismiss this once and for all??? Any help on this is greatly appreciated!!
