341 is a success!
My 341 meeting went off without a hitch. The waiting was the hardest part as Tom Petty would say.
My meeting was about a total of 10 minutes.
So far only 3 claims have come in. Now to wait for the deadline in a couple of months and see where we are.
Attorney said if claims come in under what we proposed to payback, then I will have the option of submitting an adjustment of payment plan to lower payments.
Now to live on this budget.
