We had to convert to a Chapter 13 as the US Trustee challenged our Chapter 7 filing. Our original Chapter 13 341 meeting was scheduled for August but was postponed because the attorney hadn't filed the updated schedules in time.
Once we converted, we began making payments based on our proposed plan. Our meeting is scheduled for this Thursday and I am wondering will we know at that time if the trustee accepts our payment proposal or will that come at a different time?
