Lawyer botched our 341 meeting. :(

mslaw, we're in the same boat. We were supposed to have our 341 last Friday, and on Thursday evening our attorney called and said that he can't make it, because he has to appear in court on 24-hour notice. So he said the hearing will be rescheduled to the end of August. I got really upset at first, because I thought that our discharge date will be affected. However, that's not the case. I asked our lawyer, and he said that our discharge date won't change from the original. So who cares what happens in between, right?

I brought paperwork on anything conceivable that the trustee might want to see. And he did want to see it! All I was missing was some CC & bank statements. (I would suggest downloading & printing a year's worth.)
