Yup - if you are worried about a PoA. UST has 14 days to file and if day 14 falls on a w/e or holiday it goes to close of business the next business day. Hang in there, Dirk - I think you are gonna make it just fine! (fingers crossed!)

I'm not TOO worried about a PoA...our means test had us with $60 positive DMI but we don't have anything other than my sons daycare costs of $446 a month that could be disputed, and I have every receipt to prove that amount too. Everything else is using the IRS Standards and our secured debt payments

Looking forward, I'm pretty confident about the UST doing anything with our case because even if they "balked" at us using our mortgage payment to avoid having DMI, if they didn't allow us to use it and made us use the IRS standard for rent in our area, our Schedule J would still have a DMI of $-631 a month....but time will tell I guess!
