I just came from my 341 (lots of details)

First, I would like to say thank you to all of you for the information and support you guys give on this site.

Our meeting was scheduled for 9:30am but we didn't get to go till 11:10 and lasted less than five minutes. All the things we were worried about they didn't ask about; for example, tax returns (we got large refunds last year) and two cars that we own that has equity in them. She didn't ask us for our tax returns, how many people in the household. The only thing she questioned was the amount of bank accounts (we have accounts that are joint, for the kids and old credit union accounts when we lived in NY that are still open but have less than 20 dollars in them. She said thank you and have a nice day.

Now from what I observed from other cases...

Please come prepared! A lot of the cases people didn't have their social security cards and tax returns, the trustee at that point they were asked to come back in February. If you hire an attonery make sure you and him or her are on the same page. There were cases where the attonery didn't know what the clients intent was (because the client changed their minds about the vehicles they were going to surrender).

I was glad that we didn't go first cause we did get to see some very interesting cases and by the time they got up to us we were ready to face the trustee.

    Well that's all folks....

now hopefully I am in the 60's club
