    Update after 341

    It was suggested by a member here to check pacer and post an update on when it updates after the 341.

    One day after there is an update.

      i know this is good news!!!!!!!! welcome to the 60 day club buzz....now just wait for UST to do their thing and wait the 60 days for any objections and you are DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

        So what happens when the trustee decides there may be a presumption of abuse due regarding the means test but then the US trustee files a motion to dismiss is inappropriate due to validated expenses provided the court? Does the 60 day clock begin then?
