finished with my 341 YEA! but have a couple of questions

I was truly stressed over our 341 and wanted to make sure I was prepared when I went to the meeting. I was expecting a lot of questions about our big tax return (excess of 10K) so I brought all of my receipts as well as a spread sheet matching each item (date, where the receipt was from, what it was for and the total)

I was also expecting questions about our expenses and bank statements because we were over the median (by about 25K) but passed the means test. There were about 6 standand questions and the only question was she wanted to know if our 2010 tax return was a normal tax return for our family (and it wasn’t), then she asked what our normal return was (we told her) and that was it.

My question is now that we have completed our meeting, will the trustee want the copies of our receipts, ask further questions about our expenses or want more info other that what was already requested before our 341?

Also, what other hurdles could I expect over the next 60 days? I have all of the paperwork I need, but don't want to keep stressing about it if it isn’t standard practice to request more information if they didnt ask about it at our 341.

    Thanks in advance everyone!

Hey there waldo...so awesone that you are past that 341 hurdle.
If i were you i would just put ALL the stuff(receipts, etc) in a file and try to forget about them. If your trustee wants to see them he will,,,or atty will ask to see them.
Relax and throw the stress out the window.
You could spend 60 days stressin and drive yourself nuts. All for naught.
Take it as it comes. Best to you.
    filed: 8/10 ...341:10/8/10 ... Discharged & Close: 12/9/10
