What are some questions that the trustee will ask at the 341?

I was just curious, are the questions case specific?

Photomom, our trustee only asked us standard questions, nothing unexpected at all. I was really expecting more. I did overhear questions that were asked of others. The questions did seem to be case specific, especially regarding missing paperwork or property.

There tons of posts regarding this as well as a stickie. It is rare they become case specific. You are sworn in, asked for ID, SS card, did you sign and understand your paperwork, has anything changed since you filed your paperwork. What assets do you have that are not exempt. The only specific thing we were asked about was, a 68 Chev we had. Was it a classic or a junker. We simply stated it was a blue car, now it is green (with mold) has not run in four years, and has no brakes. The car was abandoned in our case. Did not last ten minutes. 'Hub
