341 meeting done on Friday 7/15. Was scheduled for 8:30 started at 8:30.
We went first.
We were in a large room with a ton of chairs almost like a banquet room. There were two other couples in the room. The trustee was at a table in front with another table "t'd" into his table. There was a court reporter there as well. We sat at the T table with our lawyer on the other side of the table from us.
The trustee swore us in, asked a few basic identity questions then turned the questioning over to our lawyer.
Our lawyer asked us a series of questions he had already asked us when we were filling out our schedules.
When he was done the trustee asked some more questions and reminded us that is we come into any $$ in the next six months we are obligated to notify him, reminded us that we answered the questions under penalty of perjury.
It was all very simple and certainly not as stressful as I had made it out to be.
We were back in our car leaving the parking lot by 8:50.
