The 341 Meeting is over! My husband and I sat in a room with about 30 other people. The trustee was at the front of the room , the attorneys on the right, the debtors on the left. We basically watched 9 other cases before us so it gave us an idea of what questions he would be asking which was nice. When it was our turn, we were sworn in, stated our names and addresses. He asked some routine questions such as if our filing was complete and if we had left out any creditors/assets/liabilities. He did ask us a question about a joint savings account that I have with my sister. After that the trustee wrapped up with formalities like verifying that we had read the bankruptcy pamphlet and that we had given him our id/ss and it was done. No additional documentation requested which was GREAT! Now we wait until July 5th and cross our fingers that we don't have any creditor objections.
