A (probably silly) question about timing

I am trying to time my filing to be sure of when my 341 is. I know it's between 20 and 40 days after filing (right?) Is that calendar days or business days?

How hard are they to reschedule? I'm going to be out of town for 7 days so I'm just trying to figure out if I need to file so that it won't hit that or if I could reschedule it if it did?

The best way to figure out is to log onto PACER and run a report, there is a way to see when the next schedule 341's are coming up.

Mine was exactly a month out. Filed 3/21 my 341 was on 4/21

everyone i know it was approx. 30 days...NOT ours it was approx 60 days after we filed. i don't know if it was a court scheduling problem or what, but we did have to wait 60 days as opposed to the "general" 30 days after filing for our 341 date.
