Just found out our 341 hearing date !! Baltimore

Hi!

I am nervous already. lol We have our 341 hearing in Baltimore on 4/19. Just wondering if the Judge's name is also the name of the trustee??

Anyone have any experience in Baltimore?

I hadn't found those threads yet so I'm so glad you reposted them! Great info! My 341 is Friday, 3/18. Scared to death is what I am! I know everyone says they go smoothly, but it's so scary. Mine is in Ft Worth and there are only 17 cases that day. We are to be there at 8:30 and I hope I'm out by 9:30.

Hi Shrews! Always nice to see a fellow Marylander. I'm not in the Baltimore area, but I can tell you that the judge is not the same as the Trustee. The Trustee's name and address is listed on the Meeting of Creditors notice on the right hand side of the form.
