341 meeting in NE Alabama
Had my 341 meeting today and it was maybe 2 mins. They asked do you have any questions and are you planning to keep your 4 wheeler. I said yes and he responded well that could be a problem. I was to scared to ask anything. I figure if they want it back they can have it. We had no creditors there for us but the 2 people that went in front of us had 1 each and they were not at table no longer than us. We started at 11:00 a.m. They called roll and swore us in and we were 3 rd at table and were out by 11:15 a.m.

Maybe it will. I was sick to my stomach since Friday worrying and turned out it was quicker than going to mcdonalds.Comment

I hadn't found those threads yet so I'm so glad you reposted them! Great info! My 341 is Friday, 3/18. Scared to death is what I am! I know everyone says they go smoothly, but it's so scary. Mine is in Ft Worth and there are only 17 cases that day. We are to be there at 8:30 and I hope I'm out by 9:30.Comment
