Had our 341 last Friday it went very well
Although I had read many posts saying its a breeze, nothing to fear,
Its still very hard to not worry about it.
They were running about an hour late we where there about 2.5 hours, in that whole time there was not 1 creditor present for about 20 cases
once we where up we were asked about 5 general questions 7 minutes later we were done
so far so good lawyer said discharge could take 3 to 5 months
(ch7 no asset)
