BE PREPARED the trustee is looking for you to step up,I had no problems though longer the 5mins near ten he looked me straight in the eyes the whole time,he also had a paper when you went in for a supplement to the schedule asking about paypal and ebay accounts have your answers ready and it willbe ok Well see from here where I go but my attorney said it stated a meaning of a no aset case which is good..Dont go with having your attorney control everything they dont care near like you should about your future google,readup and be informed....Dont be this guy

No I mean paypal or ebay account period I believe he was looking for larger sales in the last 6months,though I had none he asked me if I had any money sitting in those accounts,I have none they are very smart and very up to date was there over and hour early to hear other cases I will help,if nothing else your nerves..I now am praying to god for and end some day and hoping for a new start this is killing me..

it will be all over soon enough and you'll get your fresh start...it's a hard time, many of us here been there and done that...you just need to hang on..you're almost there.

This guy is very fast at this meeting 12:30 report on pacer at 1700

We had our 341 last Thursday. I don't think it lasted 5 minutes. Our lawyer said we received a really good trustee. He knew exactly what the trustee was going to ask and prepped us ahead of time. Not one unusual question. The only thing a little strange was our HELOC creditor showed up. He didn't say anything except who he was. Didn't ask us any questions.
So far, so good.

Wondering saw today on pacer on the 64th day after the 341 meeting is scheduled a reaffiramtion hearing,Will that hurt me in any way My nervs are shot,I did sign it with my attorney prior to the 341 do you still need to have a hearing??

It's amazing how this can totally "consume" all your waking thoughts,,,and then some,,,
I couldn't think of anything else till it was over. Congrats to you rusty and it will be over soon.

34 Days sense the 341 meeting,this is driving me nuts,well more then I am aready.

we did EVERYTHING we could to do to NOT think about it.

i know this sounds weird, but we left the 341 and never even gave it any thought until the mail arrived 62 days later with the discharge and the close...( both!! docs were in the same envelope)!

try and keep busy.. ...i know it's hard to do, but you'll make through this, it will go by like a blink of an eye, maybe a S L O W blink...but it will happen!
