Tomorrow @10:30am will be my 341 meeting... Kinda worried and couldn't sleep since last night... I wish to get over it soon and hope everything will go well.. I will keep you all posted on the outcome soon... this forum becomes my refuge and give me courage to do what is necessary for my family...

I thought mine was going to be a nightmare, but it went smoothly. remember - the Trustee is generally a reasonable person - mine was, anyway.
BTW - they will most likeley be running late, so use the time to get there are little early and watch the process. You will feel much more prepared for what to expect by doing that.

I just wanted to let you know that my 341 yesterday was a success and I heard from the trustee himself that he will recommend my case for confirmation asap... YAY!!! I didn't expected it to be done in maybe less than 5 mins since people ahead of me got questioned for at least 10-15mins or so and looks like there is a problem from the trustee about their case... I think it all depends as well on your attorney on how well he is versed on BK proceedings in order to prepare your paperworks in such a manner that trustee can easily understand the whole story.. I'm lucky to have a specialist on my side...One check down and 59 more to go!!! Hurray!!!
