Hi,

My 341 is tomorrow and I'm nervous as all get out. Also, I'm going to try and get some rest. I have to be up at the crack of dawn since this court is about an hour away from me. Mine is scheduled for 9:30 A.M. and, am meeting my attorney 15 min. before, but I do hope I get to watch a couple of others first. Well, wish me luck. This sure is a great forum.

Mine and all of the people in front of me spent about 5 minutes with the trustee, and the questions were basic, nothing in great detail.

You guys are SO nice...I leave in about an hour for mine. I drank NO coffee this morning, trying to cut down on the jitters. I think my case is extremely simple - no job, flat broke and no property but I am hoping and praying that nothing about my expected tax refund is mentioned as I desperately need that money to pay the rent if I do not land a job by February.

Hi, Mine went very well today. Questions were very basic and it was over quickly. My attorney was very good, clarifying a couple of my answers to the trustee where needed.
