341 is scheduled
Attorney filed Chapter 7 Tuesday, Nov 30th ....checked PACER today...... 341 is scheduled for Jan 14th.
The courthouse is in my hometown....looks like they only have sessions once a month, on Fridays. Guess I didn't get filed soon enough to get in on the Dec 10 court date.
