Tax amendment and 341

Hi all,
I saw a tax person today due to my lawyer's recommendation. The new tax person suggested I refile my 2009 taxes as the previous tax person missed to file it properly, but now I am getting more money due to losses.

I have tried contacting my lawyer today, but he hasn't responded yet so I was wondering if it is a big thing for me to submit on my 341 hearing (Nov 22) an updated tax return?

Just a guess here, but I'd guess that would be a good thing. It shows the trustee that you are being honest. They usually ask if anything has changed between the time you filed your petition and the 341. I'd guess that would be the time to say, "Yes sir, we have amended our 2009 tax return, here is a copy."
