Okay, here is a strange question. We have our 341 on Thursday, oddly enough I have a HUGE Bio exam and Bio practical the same day. Our 341 is at 3 and the exam is at 4:30. Now, the good thing is that the courthouse is literally 2 miles from my school. We did a test drive on Saturday and it took 10 mins, we got a little turned around. I talked to my lawyer's assistant and she said that we should be out of there by 4 at the latest but that they have been going thru the 341 meetings quickly. What do you guys think? Will we be able to leave right when we are done being interviewed or will we have to wait until our 'group' is done?

May vary from state to state (?) but individual cases in our group were able to leave after their meetings. It is also possible that the entire group is delayed for any reason, for instance, "continuances" from earlier meetings. Sorry your schedule is so tight but I hope you can talk to your profs (if you feel comfortable) about why you would possibly be late. Good luck.
