Checked PACER yesterday hoping to find a disposition from the US Trustee on our case and instead I found:

"Report of no distribution etc etc, trustee wishes to be excused from the case etc etc."


Finally some good news and only 6 weeks after the 341. Now I still have the specter of the US trustee to deal with. 21 days to go until scheduled discharge!

Well the UST filed a presumption of abuse on the 9th day after our 341 and we haven't heard anything else yet from them. We were told that anything could happen including a motion to dismiss our case until the dischartge date so I am still afraid to celebrate yet. I have very bad luck that way.

But I must admit it feel SOOOO good to finally be validated by the panel trustee that our case was good and we have nothing to give or hide and he wants out of our life!
