We had our 341 meeting yesterday. I was very nervous, because I had read on here where some people had easy times, and some people were picked apart. Plus, I saw on PACER where our car finance company had filed an objection to confirmation.
We had to sit through about 20 other people before ours, and one creditor made the poor guy go to the judge over $300 in attorney fees. I was terrified at that point. But when it was our turn, the lawyer representing our finance company said that he and our lawyer had worked it out. The only question we were asked was if we knew the student loans wouldn't be wiped out, and when our first paycheck was. I was pratically skipping out!!
