341 scheduled 09.16 and my license expired 09.9.10

I am going to the CA DMV on Monday but they will issue a temp and i dont think there is a photo on it. The webiste says it may take 60 days to receive. Is it a problem rescheduling my 341 that far out. I am new to this and very scared had alot going on with the BK and completly forgot about license

I don't think it will be a problem. I would just take my old photo license along with the temp paper to prove it's valid. I am confused however.....mine expired 8/13....when I went to PA DMV, I simply gave them my paper, they gave me a paper and I went to the photo area. Not sure why CA would be any different....did you talk to somebody there????

Anyway, if you don't get it, I think what i first suggested should work......try not to reschedule the 341, call atty or if pro se, call court clerk and ask if my suggestion is acceptable

sunshine....CA is different, trust me on this one. Adina is right, CA DMV gives you a piece of papare (temp) and mails license out. Piece of paper has no photo. You are supposed to use it along with the expired license.

Adina, I don't think it will be a problem, just bring both the expired along with the renewal AND your social security card.

Thank you that is what i am hoping for. I will call the trustees office on Monday to see if they will accept that. I filied in sacramento county and dont know how strict they are.

If they do not accept it will i be able to reschedule the 341 for a future date in order to receive the actual id
