    schedule 341 ?

How long after you file does it take for them to schedule your 341. Filed on 8/31 and I don't see anything on pacer about it yet!

    341 pacer

HI, Our 341 was about 30 days from the file date. time and day showed up on Pacer about 5 days after we filed. You will be notified by snail mail of what you need to send the trustee as well as to bring your LIc, and SS card.

Not a bad Idea to get there a hour early to see some other cases and get a general idea of the questions that are being asked
    Filled 5-2010
    7-2010 341 Meeting (Chapter 7 No Asset)
    8-2010 Discharged/Case closed!

I filed on a Friday and found my case on Pacer along with the 341 date on Monday. Maybe it has to do with how busy the district is at that time. I had my 341 within 30 days, so I maybe my district isn't that busy? As Pathfinders pointed out, you'll get a notice in the mail. I got mine about 7 days after filing.
      Filed Chapter 7 on July 30, 2010

I received my 341 schedule immediately. When I turned in my application, the clerk issued me a case number and my 341 meeting. It was scheduled 27 days after I filed. It depends how busy they are. A relative of mine filed last year, and her 341 meeting was scheduled about 50 days after she filed.

My husband filed June 15th. First 341 meeting was scheduled and held on July 16th. He was at the end of the docket for that day and they were in and out in about 5 minutes with the 341 to be continued. Pacer has status as 'awaiting 341 meeting' and no date has been set still. He has a hearing next week for Trustee's Objections to Debtor's Exemptions (all has been amended and fixed thru our attorney) and still no date for 341 has been set. Is that unusual? We have only 7 business days left for objections to be filed in his case and one creditor has requested documents (weeks ago) that the trustee requested.
I cant find anyone on this forum whose 341 was continued for so long without a date set, let alone with other hearings and issues taking place before the 341.
?? I don't know if that is something we should be concerned about or not at this point..(I am just praying for no objections and no AP's in the future)

I filed on 8/30 and it showed on 8/31 the date for my 341.
Now I just got the letter from the trustee telling me the date yesterday but it only says to bring ID and SSC nothing else is this normal for a no asset case in Illinois?
I thought i'd need check stubs and other things.

I think normally you only need DL and SS. If you need other stuff then maybe the case is has some complications to it that need to be resolved.

If you have a lawyer ask her.

For my 341 the Trustee had a set of interrogatories to be answered and returned before the hearing, and wanted bank statements from the last ones included with the petition up to the date of filing. My other statements, paystubs, tax returns and bankstatements were already with my attorney and either went in with the petition or were provided to the Trustee. My attorney managed everything and was there for the hearing.

Because he (trustee) had every scrap of paper asked for, my hearing was brief and I was discharged promptly.

This was Eastern District if Virginia.

I think it is all dependant on what the trustee wants.
Some, like mine, only needed photo ID and SS card.
Others want the bank statement from the filing date.
Others want to see pay stubs since filing date.
                    Others want more.

                    Just depends on each trustee.
                    7/01/10 - filed!
                    11/20/10 - discharged and closed

Thanks for all the help I figure i'll just bring copies of my pay stub and bank records it can't hurt.I'll just hold on to them unless the trustee asks for them.
