    1:30 tomorrow 9/3 in Ohio

    We have our 341 tomorrow...I know alot of you say not to worry, but for some reason, I will be a basket case! I'll let you know how it goes! Please say a prayer for us!! Thanks, Rach

      Good luck Rach, it is a piece of cake. Get there a little early and watch a few, that will help with the nerves. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

          Good luck Rach. Don't stretch too much. I was worried before too but it was pretty quick (5 minutes at best).
          Filed chapter 7 Jul 13, 2010 341 hearing Aug 12, 2010 Trustee's report of no distribution Aug 20, 2010 Discharged Oct 13, 2010 Closed Oct 28, 2010.

            Good luck! I know it's kind of natural to get nervous, but most of them are fairly quick and painless. I think mine was 2 to 3 minutes at the longest. The long part for me was the hour long drive to the federal building for my area.

              I just had mine a couple weeks ago in the Northern District in Ohio.
              Was a breeze.

                We have our 341 next Monday and I am a nervous wreck! Our Trustee wanted tons of paperwork sent to him prior to our 341 but my lawyer says he does that to everyone. I am so scared that something is going to go wrong.

                  Our trustee didn't request anything of us.
                  All we had to bring was ID and SS cards.
                  Then again, our lawyer already had everything. Tax returns, bank statements, all that stuff.
                  7/01/10 - filed!
                  11/20/10 - discharged and closed
