Lawyer showed up at last minute

Had my 341 meeting today, I got there an hour early to listen.
Talked to my lady lawyer the day before and she said get there about 15 minutes early.
Well my turn was at the 10:30 time slot. He called everyones name and I said yes I am here but my attorney has not shown up yet. He proceded with other cases until 10:45 and called my name again. He and I were the only ones in the room at this time.

I said I am ready lets go ahead , tried to hand him my I.D. and SS card.
He said we cannot proceed without your attorney. He suggested I try to call her. No phones available in the building except in Trustees office and I was told they would not let me use it.
My phone was in the truck because I was told not to bring it in . Spotted a person in the hall , which turned out to be an attorney and they let me use their phone .

I called her office and the secretary said " did you get my message " I said NO, my phone is in the truck. Oh well, The lawyer is on the way , ask the trustee can he wait 15-30 minutes ?

I go back in the room and tell him the scenerio. He was not upset at me , but at the attorney . He said I can wait 5 minutes . We talked and said if she didnt show, would have to reschedule. He knew I wasnt happy . I told him I had taken the day off work . He understood and said if it was him , he would discuss lowering my attorney fees .

At the last minute she walked in . We proceded . It went fairly well. I am married and filing by myself. My wife is self employed a beautician only works 2 days a week. I supplied all the tax returns. He wants to see her 2 last bank statements ( may , june ) from her business account .

She is not filiing , she has 2 to 4 thousand in that account it varies monthly for buying supplies and depends how many colors, perms etc she has done.
Is he looking for deposits that I may have put in her account ??
There are not any. He said when someone is self employed its standard for him to ask for that ?

I am not self employed. I will get these statements to my attorney tommorrow . Can someone give me a best and worse case scenerio ??
I thought everything went well besides this.

Thanks for any advice I can get.

Any advice please ???? Also I received a second summons on 21 July . I understand I have 30 days from the day I received it to answer is that correct ??

My 341 meeting was 17 Aug. I gave a copy to the attorney on that day . She said she would get in touch with the lawyers office that initiated the summons . My bankruptcy case was filed on July 20.

I am concerned that if she has not notified them I may get a judgement against me to garnish my wages or worse will they throw me in jail for failure to appear in court. Is this a reality ?

The two summons I received were filed in the county where I live . The 341 creditors meeting was in the next county over from me. The trustee even mentioned to the lawyer as to why I was not in the county where I lived.

She said something about her software might have messed in up ?? I have sent 3 e-mails in the past couple of days to my attorney with no response .
