well...i must say we did expect the worse....got there early...meandered about...saw a bunch of people sitting around outside the hearing rooms.
we were asigned a specific room. when we walked in, it was a very small "waiting" room. there were maybe 20-30 of us smashed together.....actually awaiting a trustee. so, of course, we began to chat.
we exchanged our sad stories, consoled each other....when a gentleman came out and said you go to this room and you go to that room....the time of my hearing had arrived...( that is the time on my notice)....however, NO attorney to be found anywhere!! O NO!! there were two others clients of his there as well.
we go in and sit in this big room. we took the very back seats....the trustee came out...the clock is ticking...still NO attorney...OMG!!! the trustee is going wrestling with her papers and is preparing her computer.....no names were called as yet......AHHHHHHHHHHHhh there HE IS!!!!!!
and WHAT?????????? with all these people WE ARE CALLED FIRST???
I have NEVER EVER been FIRST before at anything at anytime....what NOW?????
WITH HIS ZIPPER COMPLETELY DOWN....OPEN AS WIDE AS CAN BE!! lol!!
his suit completely wrinkled...his hair uncombed...he appeared more like a frat boy after a hard night's partying than an attorney that went to YALE...mind you!!
however, it all went well...she asked a few unexpected questions, however, we were prepared, even tho he wasn't!
as you can see...she was fine with the answers since she closed the case and we were issued our discharge.
