341 today!

So, I had my 341 today. It was very easy as I am a no asset, no real estate case. The only concern the trustee had was with my student loans, which he asked me if I knew that they were non dischargable and if I was taking more out. I said "Yes" to both questions.

There were some very complex 341's before me, including the shutdown of a LLC business. Mine only lasted 4 minutes.

Anyway, I am in the 60 day club, and will do my second credit counseling before the end of the week. Thanks all for the advice.

Congratulations ona successful 341!

I'm sure I will have the same questions about student loans when I have my 341 later this month. It is encouraging to hear how quick and painless the 341 meeting is for most people. I look forward to joining the 60 day club.

You're not wasting any time on that second counseling. I thought it just had to be done sometime before discharge so anticipated waiting a good month after the 341 to do it. But maybe getting it out of the way is best.
