We had our 341 on Thursday. The trustee asked us a bunch of questions and then handed us a paper that had some more requested documents. Nothing major, just bank statements after filing and a copy of the title to some property that doesn't belong to us but is on our property. Then she basically said we were done but didn't declare the case one way or another. So, does this mean we'll have to go back? I'm thinking not but want to make sure. She read a bunch of names before she started taking the 2:30 appointments and said "so and so got their requested documents in" or "so and so didn't get requested documents in so I'm continuing to August". So will we be one of those and the next 341's? Does the 60 day clock still run or not till we get the documents in and she declares the case one way or another?

You need to provide what the trustee requested - so nothing will be determined until all paperwork is in to the trustee.
