341 on Monday

My 341 is coming up on Monday. I drove the route a couple of weeks ago to make sure I could find the courthouse and parking. Good thing I did - google maps said to turn right on the street where the court is. That is a one way street - and turning right would have put me going the wrong direction.

I'll post once I've had the meeting to let everyone know how it went, but my attorney doesn't foresee any problems.

Good luck with the meeting. When you are done let us know how it went, and what was asked. I have mine August 17th.

Just got back from my 341. It was very brief - about 10 questions, mostly requiring just 'yes' or 'no' answers. My attorney actually had me and one other client there at the same session.

The type of questions the trustee was asking were along the lines of:

1) Did you supply accurate information to your lawyer regarding your schedules?
2) Is that information still correct?
3) Do you own any real estate?
4) Did you list all of your assets?
5) Did you have any accidents, or have any lawsuits pending?
6) Are you entitled to an inheritance?

There were a few other similar questions. I was through in just a couple of minutes.

Not while I was there. I did notice they had all of the filers with the same attorney grouped together - I'm not sure if they do pro se filers as a separate group in this court there or how they work that.
