I have read several posts that say something about a 60 day club. Just what is that and does it apply to chapter 13?

What is the 60 day club?

Finally, after all the time I have spent lurking, and asking questions, a question I feel reasonable comfortable answering!
The sixty day club is referring to the 60 days following the 341 meeting in which creditor can file objections. It is basically the countdown to the discharge for chapter 7. The end of day 60 theoretically represents the end of the period where something can go wrong. For a chapter 13, I suppose it could apply, but there is a lot of time in a BK13 that things can go really wrong...like three to five years...
So...the 60 day club is for people who are within the 60 days following their 341 meeting.
Did I get it right?Retained Lawyer: June 28 Filed Chapter 7: July 8 341 Meeting: August 16
