Here were the questions that I was asked:

-Swear in

-State your name and address for the record

-Are there any creditors present in this matter?

-Did you review the green pamphlet?

-Have you reviewed and signed all schedules before they were filed?

-Is everything true, complete or correct?

-Did you list all assets and debts?

-Have you ever filed BK before?

-Have you sold, transferred or given away any property in the last 1 years?

-Do you own or rent your home?

-Do you pay any child support?

-Is the 2008/2009 a true and accurate copy of your most recent return?

Your case is concluded.

I was the 4th person called up so I can't provide much input beyond that.

Regarding your pm about clothes. I wore Jeans and a tucked in collared shirt. Everyone was dressed casual for the most part. One guy looked like he was on break from painting a house all day, baggy shorts and all.

All in all its not a big deal. You will be nervous at first and then very relieved afterward and surprised at how fast it is over and done with.
