341 In the Morning

Back in 1997 when I did a Chapter 13, I went to the creditors meeting and it was pretty easy and I was simply asked a few questions. It sounds like it should be about the same this time.

I did read the sticky at the top of this forum about dressing business casual but I don't have any clothes like that. I'm a black t-shirt blue jeans kind of person so that is what I have to wear. Do people dress up for these things?

People were dressed pretty casual when I went to my 341 meeting. I dressed up, but that is what I felt comfortable in. Good luck on your meeting.

People were dressed casual when I went also. I'm in Arizona. Lots of t-shirts and blue jeans.

That was so eay even a caveman could do it, the 341 meeting that is!

All done! Took less than five minutes. I didn't need any paperwork for my 13. Usual round of questions, any money owed to me, house value, tax return, where I worked, address, if I filed BK before and when. Just needed ID and SS card.

No creditors were present. Confirmation is on the 23rd.

This was in Denver Colorado.
