Just had my 341 meeting yesterday. Everything went great. Just a few basic questions, took about 10 minutes or less. The trustee was great, very soft spoken and respectful of everyone. The whole process was so much easier than I thought it would be.

Well I had my 341 in baltimore. It was over in about 10 minutes. Very easy and nothing to be stressed about. Counting the days now.

At first I was a little nervous. My attorney had another case that he had to be at, so he had a local attorney fill in for me. But when I saw that the local attorney was sitting back and laughing with the trustee and the other laywers, I felt alot more at ease.
Like I said, they couldn't have been any nicer and the whole process was very easy.Comment

It was relaxed. The trustee was nice and easy going. My lawyer said he was one his favorites. His questions were pretty general to everybody. Time for a fresh start and learning from the past.Comment
