Am I in the 60 day club?

Had our 341 meeting today and there were a few issues. First, my attorney had misspelled my last name on the petition, and I never noticed it (typed an "e" instead of an "a"). We also ran into a problem with the wife's info. We were married two years ago, but the wife never changed her DL or SS card to the married name. The trustee gave her 30 days to get the name changed on the DL and asked the attorney to file an amended petition to correct the name, add an AKA for the wife, and make one small change to the schedules within 7 days (changing an asset to the "wildcard" schedule). He then allowed us to read the required statements and it was over.

Will these issues extend the 60 day period, or are we in the club?

Once your lawyer complies with fixing the errors, you are now in the 60 day club. I don't think it will be extended. If you go to PACER look at the subject of important dates (I'm not sure what it's called) and it should give an approximate of what comes next.

My wife and I use different names and we had to bring a copy of our marriage certificate. 'Hub
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

The mailing address was incorrect for me (well, it was an old address), but since it would have required a delay, I just let it go (it's a PO Box.)
