I'm sure it varies, but we took 2009 federal and state income tax returns, car titles, and a written statement saying how we spent the tax refunds. The trustee didn't ask for any of it but did look at the copy of our 2009 Federal return that the attorney handed him when we sat down.
Also your ID and SS card.
I'd take a folder full of paperwork just for the heck of it, but I'm betting you won't need it.attorney consult and decided to file, 02/15/2010

I took copies of my credit counseling and financial planning certificates, my budget (from the cc session), a copy of my car title, and a copy of my bank statement showing my balance on the day I filed. My attorney said I didn't have to bring anything, but I wanted to look prepared. Turned out I didn't need any of it, but "better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it."

My 341 was this past Monday (May 10th, 2010). My Attorney sent a letter to me with documents he wanted me to bring.
1) 2009 Tax Returns
2) Last 2 Check Stubs
3) Checking and Saving Account Statements at the time of filing
4) Proof of Insurance for the Vehicles and Home I am keeping during the BK
5) Photo ID and Proof of SSN
When all said and done, the Trustee only wanted to see my 2009 Tax Return. The whole process took less than 5 Minutes.Filed Chapter 13 - 18MAR10 ~ 341 - 10MAY10 ~ Confirmation Denied - 12MAY10  ~ Motion to Dismiss - 12MAY10  ~ Withdrawal of Motion to Dismiss - 01JUN10  ~ Trustee now Recommends Confirmation - 01JUN10 :clapping: ~ Plan Confirmed - 04JUN10 ~ Only 4Yrs 9Months left in Plan :D
