Trustee filed out 341 minutes wrong

I discovered the 341 minutes filed by the trustee is wrong. He shows an attorney present (I am pro se), and that no creditors attended (there was one).

Would this be grounds for a dismissal? I have to be perfect, doesn't the trustee?
