341 tomorrow...nervous

My 341 is at 1 :30 tomorrow.

I'm not as panic stricken at the thought as I was before I found this board, but still a bit nervous.

My atty cannot attend, as he out of town, but he is sending another who he says is very experienced. He also said our Trustee is easy going and experienced, and he doesn't foresee any issues.

Well you were right, it was over in about 3 or 4 minutes.

We got there about half an hour ahead of time and watched a few other cases before ours. All very straightforward and quick. The trustee did not ask anyone for any documents, or mention tax refunds.

the trustee was a pleasant man in his sixties, obviously very experienced. He joked with our attorney that the way things were going he was looking at making about $1200 an hour that day.

Today Pacer shows report of no distribution by Trustee. all assets abandoned and Trustee requests to be relieved of any further administration of the case.

I do believe that we are officially in the 60 day club !

Last date for claims is June 22nd.
