Today at 3:30 and we started right on time.
Total of about 10 minutes spent answering the basic questions (have I filed before, do I have any life insurance policies worth cash, etc., etc.).
No surprise questions. I am married and filed separately and he did ask why my husband wasn't filing. Answer: the debt was/is all in my name.
It was a very relaxed atmosphere with the attorney's and trustee having a lot of friendly conversation between cases.
I would def. recommend sitting through a few cases before yours. I could pretty much recite word for word what I was going to be asked by the time it was my turn
and I managed to calm my horrible nerves to boot.
