i had my 341 meeting this morning and it was sooooo easy. The lawyer said the trustee might ask about the tax return and and what was done with the refund, but he asked NO financial questions. Just our address, names, and if we signed the docs. He asked my husband first, then he said "melissa, is this your husband?" i said "yes" he said " will your answers be the same as his?" I said "identical" and he said, " ok, then there is nothing further" and we left. Our case started at 930. he explained what he was going to do, took roll call, to see who was there, and we were the second to go. we were at the car at 945.
So much easier than i thought it would be.
