The day has finally arrived. My 341 was not scheduled to almost 45 days after I filed. Lets see how this turns out.

It's a done deal.
My group was a total of five. The couple who was going to go first were waiting for their attorney, so I went first.
The Trustee was tough, but kind. My meeting was about 12 minutes long. He had two issues with my plan.
One was how the attorney setup his payment fees. He told him to adjust it. That has nothing to do with me. It's a matter of the two adjusting how the attorney gets paid. All questions about this were directed to the attorney.
The other issue was about my car loan. My car loan had an interest rate of 0%. The trustee wants me to pay some interest rate, because it's now part of the bankruptcy and the bankruptcy court requires for one to pay some sort of interest rate. My payment might go up a little. The trustee said he was going to get in touch with my attorney and settle it. Again, all questions about this issue were directed to my attorney.
He then ask me to confirm some questions and verify the property that I own and property that I have sold in the last two years. In all, it was a great session. I was not nervous and answered everything that was thrown at me. No creditors showed up
The trustee said other than the two issues he brought up, everything else was good. My attorney said that those issues were simple to correct. The trustee did ask me about my tax return. He didn't ask for it, but my attorney said he could still ask for it later on. The meeting concluded with him wishing me good luck. (Good Man)

Thanks for the feedback. I'm also in the Eastern District of CA. Who is your trustee? My attny said that our trustee is a "good guy" so I'm hoping it goes smoothly. Just a couple more days...Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
